How much would replacing wood panel with dry wall in one room, removing a drop ceiling in another, painting
all the rooms a different color that were previously white, and replacing
old carpet with laminate flooring in 2 rooms raise the value of a house?
We paid $75,000. l know how much it costs, l wanna know how much we
raised the value of our house. $500, $1,000, $3,000???
Carpet and painting does not raise the value for your house.
What can Raise the Value are Kitchen Remodeling and Bathroom remodeling.
Some remodeling in the house are necessity which mean that if you were to
sell the house, the new homeowner can deduct money from the house value in
order to fix old roof, repiping, re-wire, and in rare situation for kitchen
remodeling and bathroom remodeling.
